1. The offer will be valid only for all Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Cardholders & Sampath Bank American Express® Credit Cardmembers.
2. In order to enjoy the promotion, the full payment needs to be settled with a Sampath Mastercard, Visa Credit Card or Sampath Bank American Express® Credit Card.
3. All reservations are on Room Only basis.
4. A refundable deposit of Rs. 20,000 will be charged for Motor Homes.
5. Only 50% of the discounted room rate will be debited to the Cardholder at the time of the reservation & the balance should be settled at the hotel from the same card.
6. Offer is not valid for online transactions.
7. Reservations to be made in advance by calling the hotel reservations.
8. Reservations will be confirmed on availability.
9. The maximum per booking should not exceed two nights & two rooms per card.
10. Offer cannot be combined with any other existing offers.
11. Offer will be valid on published local rates and will not apply on any special promotional rates.
12. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods / services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the hotel and any claim by the Cardholder against the hotel will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
13. Spending made under above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultramiles, Ultra Rewards Loyalty points and ‘Cash Back’ for Sampath Bank American Express Everyday Credit Cardmembers.
