6. Reservations will be confirmed on availability.
7. The maximum per booking should not exceed two nights & two rooms per card.

10. Offers will be valid on published local rates and will not apply on any special promotional rates.
11. The Bank accepts no responsibility in any way for any goods / services purchased and any dispute relating to same should be resolved by the Cardholder directly with the hotel and any claim by the Cardholder against the hotel will not relieve the Cardholder from his/her obligation or repayment to the Bank.
12. Spending made under the above promotion will not qualify for the accumulation of Ultramiles, Ultra Rewards Loyalty points and ‘Cash Back’ for Sampath Bank American Express® Everyday Credit Cardmembers.
